The Afon Gwy Restaurant with Rooms is a grade II listed building. It was built around 1735 and is situated on the banks of the River Wye between Chepstow Castle and the Old Wye Bridge.
The restaurant was formely known as the "Half Moon Inn" and information about its history can be found in many of the Chepstow reference books. The building also features in "Turner's" painting of Chepstow Castle.
