"The first thing I expect when I sit down in a bistro is bread, good French bread. This place will only put it on your table if you pay for it. They charge £ 2.50 for about 6 slices from a small loaf. I had a hamburger that they will only serve very well done to the point of being burnt, yet they serve steak rare, figure that one out."
