Georgetown Restaurants are Britain's first colonial Malaysian restaurants bringing the varied and exquisite cuisines of the Malaysian Malays, Mandarin Chinese and Tamil Indians under one roof. These diverse cuisines have influenced each other over the years in Malaysia and there should be something that appeals to everyone's tastes ~ all served in our regal house style with crystal cut glass and very fine bone china in a colonial ballroom setting. Udang Bakar Kering : pan fried spicy jumbo prawns in their shells ~ deliciously succulent in its uniquely blended red onion sauce. Served with soft roasted parotta.

Gado Gado: popular malay sweet and sour salad of pineapple, green mango, turnip, cucumber, fine beans, guava, toufu, and crisp beansprouts, served in a dressing of crushed peanuts, palm sugar, lime, and a little chilli.
