Most of our produce comes from within a 30 mile radius. Fish is delivered from the West Coast. All of it is selected for optimum freshness and quality. Our organic garden supplies as many herbs as we can manage plus all the basics - from strawberries and salads to high summer favourites like broad beans and carrots, then it's on to cabbages and kale as the season progresses. We also are great believers in preserving the best of our produce, from homemade jams and pickles to cured beef and bacon.
