Derek Blair - a renowned Scottish chef, who has travelled the world to home his culinary skills
and develop his illustrious career takes the helm at the kichen in One Ten Bar & Grill. In his
role as chef, a career which spans two decades. He has gained both local are international experience having worked as head chef with Nich Naim at this restaurant in the west end as well
as Rogano and The Buttery Derek also spent 6 years in Australia Baroados and New York in several
high and restaurant and eateries. He had developed a reputation for creating delicious food using
the best seasonal and local produce. His uncomplicated approach to food has led to a menu that
is inspired by home cooking with a contemporary twist.
