YUMI Opened in 1990 at Melville place in the west end. Our aim was to introduce authentic Japanese cuisine to Scotland's people.This vision prompted our move to these larger premise spring 1995. Since then we have been able to expand our repertoire with a larger menu and a more comfortable dining room. We have also been able to build a traditional " Tatami room" where our guests can experience a "Kaiseki" meal in real style. Furthermore we plan to open a new area in order to present moderninnovation in our cuisine to you. We hope you enjoy your evening with us.
