Zucca restaurant was created in August 2007 by Richard Glennie, formerly the head chef of the Sheraton Hotel's Santini restaurant and Channings Hotel (where he earned 2 AA rosettes for his cooking). He has a passion for creating fresh contemporary Italian cuisine.
The restaurant is located at Edinburgh's famous Royal Lyceum Theatre, occupying the mezzanine and ground floors. The menu offers classic Italian fare including risottos, pasta dishes and seafood and meat options, and is complemented by an extensive Italian wine list.
Zucca will welcome local diners as well as theatre-goers with a tempting menu of freshly prepared, well priced Italian dishes. Ingredients have been locally sourced and combined with speciality produce from Italian suppliers.
